Oliver Wheeler is the CEO of www.THRSXTY.com the PR and marketing agency which he co-owns with the Exposure Group www.exposure.net

THRSXTY specialises in PR and marketing campaigns for consumer lifestyle brands including Evian, Lacoste, Herschel Supply, Original Penguin, Suntory, Drambuie, Piper Heidsieck and Patron Tequila.

The agency employs around twenty people and is based in Little Portland Street, London.

Prior to THRSXTY, Oliver was Global Head of Communications at viagogo, the international live event ticketing company. At viagogo, the world's largest ticket marketplace, Oliver had responsibility for Public Relations and Public Affairs across more than sixty markets. He was a member of the executive team.

Prior to viagogo, Wheeler spent seventeen years at freud communications, the UK’s largest independent PR agency, with 14 of those years as a board director. Wheeler founded and led the Brand Reputation and Crisis Management practice at freud, creating campaigns and advising global brands including PepsiCo, Nike, Nestle, Unilever and Disney, as well as CEOs and high profile individuals.

He lives in London and Gloucestershire with his wife, actress and presenter Tina Hobley, and three children.

Raoul Shah

Group CEO

Raoul launched Exposure in 1993 with a view to creating brand fame and positive word of mouth via the influence of his network. With offices in London, New York, and Tokyo, current clients include Levi’s®, Nike, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Dr. Martens, Barbour, Netflix, The London Eye, Uniqlo, Converse and Casio. Exposure describes its purpose as ‘making brands culturally relevant’ delivered through a combination of specialist communications teams covering public relations, digital, social media, design, brand experiences and content.

He has an on going role consulting for charity and members' club The House of St Barnabas, he is a part of The London Design Festival advisory board and, in 2014, he launched Tincan, London’s first restaurant serving 25 varieties of the best tinned seafood in the world. From 2008 to 2014, he served as Trustee of the British Council and, from 2009 to 2011, he was a member of the Promote London Council working with the Mayor’s office to establish a single promotional organisation for the capital called London and Partners. He is an avid collector of ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs and customised skateboards.

Candace Fremder

Group Account Director

Having graduated with a major in graphic and textile Design, Candace started her PR career in New York City, working for the luxury fashion house, Badgley Mischka, on red carpet, VIP, influencer and press office programmes.
 
Moving back to her hometown, Sydney, Australia, Candace joined one of the country’s top lifestyle agencies for three years, bringing multi-million dollar integrated brand campaigns to life for brands such as Westfield Australia and Pandora Jewellery as well as launching US luxury lifestyle brands Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and west elm to Australia. She subsequently moved to work with ASOS and Stylebop.com before moving to London to work at THRSXTY as a Group Account Director, leading a consumer PR and a VIP & Influencer team within the agency.
 
Candace’s broad experience ensures she has a full understanding of how to seamlessly integrate VIP and PR within a brand’s communications and marketing strategy.

Sarah Belizaire-Butler

Group Account Director

Sarah comes from a hospitality background, and managed restaurants before graduating top of her BA Hons Business and Marketing course.  Sarah’s award-winning final year dissertation focused on drinks marketing and so it was only natural for her to continue her studies with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust qualifications (WSET).
 
With over 10 years’ experience in PR & events production, Sarah started at a consumer lifestyle and tech agency in Brighton before deciding to specialise in drinks, and worked on cider and wine before moving into high end liquors. Whilst at THRSXTY, Sarah has been instrumental in helping to establish the Japanese whisky category and premiumise tequila.
 
Her PR team represents some of the world’s leading drinks brands, focused on luxury, lifestyle and drinks PR as well as event and sponsorship amplification.
 
Sarah also has a talent for producing world class events internationally and oversees the production team at THRSXTY, run by Joy Barker.
 
When not found enjoying cocktails in some of the world’s best bars, Sarah finds time to run marathons and attends innovation conferences such as SXSW to feed her fascination with culture and occupy her continually curious mind.

Joy Barker

Senior Production Manager

Unsurprisingly for someone who played competitive tennis as a junior, Joy Barker displays a rare dedication, resilience and fiercely competitive nature which stems from her time at Millfield School. All of which come into play when producing world class events across the globe from London to Las Vegas and Mexico to Madrid.
 
Joy’s background is in music, sports, drinks and has superb contacts across the world. Having worked with superstar DJs, national rugby teams and musicians Joy knows how best to integrate and manage talent into an activation and set them up to deliver.
 
Technically minded, Joy knows how to make an idea a reality, from projections and light displays to multi-sensory experiences and all importantly has the know-how and experience to find a solution to almost any issue encountered on site.
 
Okay is not a word in Joy’s vocabulary, she ensures each and every execution is even better than the last and continually pushes the boundaries of what is possible to surprise and delight.
 
Outside of work, Joy enjoys the great outdoors and exploring cities around the world.
